M&S Sprucefield

This contract involved the complete refurbishment of Marks and Spencer’s third largest UK store in a vibrant and growing retail park. The works consisted of phased refurbishment of the main trading store and the extension into the old Homebase store for M&S Home. Due to the huge scale of this job the work was carried out in a two shift format and the team worked 24/7 to meet their schedule.
