Mary's Bar, Market Street, Magherafelt
Substantial electrical installation as part of a major refurbishment of one of mid-Ulster’s leading entertainment venues.
The installation included a high tech dimming system, WiFi internet access throughout and a full spec system for fire, security and audio systems.

M&S Sprucefield
This contract involved the complete refurbishment of Marks and Spencer’s third largest UK store in a vibrant and growing retail park. The works consisted of phased refurbishment of the main trading store and the extension into the old Homebase store for M&S Home. Due to the huge scale of this job the work was carried out in a two shift format and the team worked 24/7 to meet their schedule.

Primark, Bank Buildings, Belfast
This project was a complete phased electrical refurbishment of one of Belfast’s prestigious landmark buildings to enable live trading to continue. The works were carried out over four sales and two warehouse/ staff floors and consisted of: Mains distribution and switch gear, lighting and power, Fire alarms and PA systems, Security systems (CCTV, door access and intruder alarm) and data cabling throughout.

The retail unit comprising of a sales floor and coffee shop mezzanine presented Premier with a new challenge and the opportunity to revise an electrical system they had previously installed for Habitat.
