A team of 25 specialists pulled out all the stops to complete this project in time for the summer sales period after a 6 month on site engagement. The team’s fit out to the 140,000 sq ft flagship Debenhams store in Newcastle was the company’s single biggest retail undertaking of the year. M&S Sprucefield
This contract involved the complete refurbishment of Marks and Spencer’s third largest UK store in a vibrant and growing retail park. The works consisted of phased refurbishment of the main trading store and the extension into the old Homebase store for M&S Home. Due to the huge scale of this job the work was carried out in a two shift format and the team worked 24/7 to meet their schedule. View Gallery »

This project was a complete phased electrical refurbishment of one of Belfast’s prestigious landmark buildings to enable live trading to continue. The works were carried out over four sales and two warehouse/ staff floors and consisted of: Mains distribution and switch gear, lighting and power, Fire alarms and PA systems, Security systems (CCTV, door access and intruder alarm) and data cabling throughout.
