Premier Electrics continue to demonstrate our commitment to employee health and well-being with the recent launch of our ‘Employee Assistance Programme’ in partnership with Inspire Wellbeing.
Inspire Wellbeing are a social enterprise who provide mental health related services to companies across Northern Ireland. They will provide our staff with access to a wide range of mental health services including access to information, self-help guidance and a confidential 24-hour helpline to speak to qualified mental health professionals.
Managing Director of Premier Electrics, Tony Shivers commented, “We are pleased to have recently launched our Employee Assistance Programme which will provide our staff with access to a range of mental health services. We hope that these services will be beneficial for any members of our staff who may need to use them. This initiative will run alongside other staff initiatives in relation to fitness and healthy eating as we continue to promote a healthy and active lifestyle for our staff.”
